Kanthari honey is a raw & rare mono floral honey. It is called as bird’s eye chilli because the chilli is very small in size & round in shape similar to birds eye.

The bees collect the honey from the nectar of Kanthari chilli flowers. Kandhari honey is a pure & natural honey by the bees. It has neither infusions nor flavour enhancers.

Kanthari honey is sourced from the fields growing bird’s eye chilli or Kanthari chilli.  This honey is extremely rare and spicy due to very high levels of capsaicin. It is a very rare delicacy with the unique blend of hot and sweet taste. This honey can be used as dips & spreads as well.
